@Galih88 yes a real guitar is the best but with a real guitar you can't create midi files and editing them in post production . only for this reason sometimes it is good having also a midi guitar - but a real guitar like gibson fender or others is always the best -

@corriamo Actually you can get devices to convert audio data to MIDI data, I am fairly sure they exist as VST form as well so you can use them in your environment

it is easy if you play a guitar already but I suggest you not to buy it because it is old stuff while now you can buy "YouRock Guitar" look for it videos demos on YouTube - this is new stuff - and it is cheap price buying it new it must cost about 160 dollars less or more - and it is midi as well and 2010 production Yamaha is 2003 production and Yamaha has a lot of defects that make you become nervous because this defect could be avoided if Japanese engineers where been more intelligent
