I can translate what "Bulla" means. This part of song is on ukrainian language. In ogiginal it sounds "Було, було, було не любити, було, було, було не ходити, а ще краще, ще й не знати, а тепер у четвер покидати / помирати" . It means " It would be better not to love, it would be better not to come, and even better not to know, and now to die on Thursday."
