@coolkid123456100 - Before you climb into the tank go to a nearby Nazi and stealth kill. Put on their uniform and wear it inside the tank. You can then drive around unmolested. (The exception being checkpoints where a disguise still triggers the alarm so just avoid these by driving between buildings, etc. to get back into town).

i know how to evade with a tank:first get a disguise the go to tank and drive to nazi's and it will just saying disguised .P.S.kill a german guy and get disguise ,change a chlotes.it really works

I never understood the logic of disguise in The Saboteur. i mean when you drive a stolen jeep (or any other patrol car) without disguise the nazis dont seem to care even though you can be seen and only notice you when you enter/exit the car but when you take a tank they are instantly on to you unless you are wearing a disguise i mean really! they cant see you through glass but they can see you through metal?!

Very helpful; thank you. It might be worth mentioning that a disguise while driving a tank does wonders; I drove the Wulf from one side of a city to the other and got away with it because the Nazis need to nearly be next to you for them to detect your disguise.

@Havok116 Try to find routes that have no or very little (depending on the vehicle damage) Nazi patrol, and you should be good.

P.S. it helps to buy all the maps so you know what area has the most Nazi's guarding

Once you get a tank to your garage how do you get into your collected vehicles section. I can leave a tank at a garage and nothing will happen.

im not the only person who seems to notice that most of the nazi cars/tanks are badly damaged for some unknown reason? also a good way to stop the nazi's shooting at you (like it would do much your in a f***ing tank :/) is to stealth kill, sucker punch or simply kick the s*** out of him and steal his uniform.
