Evening Of Light is great, but without this vocal....I still miss Cale´s distorted viola in finish (as in original version), I don´t think distorted electric mandoline is better...Facing The Wind is amazing Cale again...
I'm not sure Nico would have liked this... it sounds overloaded, & self-satisfying for some of these people to do this, except for Cale... Perhaps I need to listen to this again... thanks for the post
YES CALE FUCKING GREAT TAKE ON 'SIXTY FORTY' .... BUT... Mercury Rev's vocalist KILLS it in 'Evening Of Light' as soon as ' a true story wants to be mine'.... GOD! ..... makes me wanna pick my eyeballs out! WTF was he thinking trying to tackle that one?!?! Or even Cale for that matter allowing him to do so?!?!
