Actually, Esme's Song is not part of the real score. The entire score was written and performed by Alexandre Desplat. Esme's Song was created by Midnight Sun, a "Twilight Inspired Artist" on an "Unofficial Soundtrack". But since it's been 4 months since your post, I'm sure you know this already. =0)

its on the soundtrack..even in the book. Edward even says its Esme's Favorite

No, it's not on any official soundtrack. Of course it is mentioned in the book because it is an original composition by Edward, but it was not included in the film and so there is no way that THIS song could be the song mentioned in the book, since the creators of the film never composed a version of the song that Edward wrote for Esme.
