and it will be deadly to pets and other low to ground living organisms

@seeindarkness Carbon dioxide is not poisonness. The only ways it'll kill you are either if it starves you of oxygen (unlikely) or if it speeds up your breathing rate and you fall unconscious (slightly more plausible, but you'll feel it happening and so you can leave the room).

Take a 2L plastic bottle. Fill it about a quarter of the water, then add some dry ice. Squeeze the bottle then put the cap on and throw it.

@ToXicX1994 I got mine at a place called Continental Carbonic for 45¢ a pound. Google "Dry Ice" + your zip code and you'll get a map of places to buy it from. I think you might have to be 18 to buy it if you are in the US. Bring a cooler to put it in when you buy some!
