I am going to make a brick breaker game can I make a power that falls down and would do something to my actor

Just make the color of the scoreboard "actor" transparent. (Double click the color setting in the attributes for the actor and drag the opacity down to zero). Make sure the color of the text is something other than the background of the game (i.e. black in the example).
