@VideoHistoryToday Do you know if there is any truth to the idea that such cells were "circular" in order to create a strange type of reverb that caused added distress for the person being detained.
I read it somewhere once but have never found anything online to add weight to this theory (not looked that hard to be fair either mind you)..
