Well, the idea of the advert is that kids should enjoy a drink with their parents and relatives. So in a way this is a very pro-family TV ad. And "socially respoonsible", to use a Western term.

And what is wrong with enjoying a beer at the table? It is up to the parents and only the parents to ensure that kids do not drink alcohol until they are old enough.
