The best way for me is using the Magic Bullet to blend this. Works perfectly. I use low fat organic cottage cheese and I get my flax oil from Whole Foods. I definitely have an overall better sense of well being on this diet.

just mix it with an emersion blender....add 2tsp of freshly milled flax seeds (coffee grinder) and add blueberries and one pack of stevia (optional) and it won't be near as gross as this guy's preperation....I actually like the taste. Some flax oils are stronger than others too...Barleans has a real strong taste compared to others. Adding coconut flour isn't a bad idea either...tastes good and is good for you.
You HAVE to make SURE that you mix the flax oil/cottage cheese until NO oil is showing. Only after you have done this can you add a small amout of honey or stevia and also about a cup of fruit and a handful of nuts. Also add 2 tbs FRESH ground flax seeds. Flac seeds go rancid about 15 es after grinding. I know MANY people, I closing myself, who are being helped by this protocol. Blessings
from what i read you cant mix this protocol with antioxidants vitamin C painkillers is this true ? so im assuming this remedy cant add anything else to it ?

Mix your flax oil with a little honey and some fresh fruit makes a big difference.
