YAY I finally found the song. On the CW site they said it was by Lincoln Hawk which is Dan's dad's band, obviously fictional... so I couldn't find it.

But I found out the band who writes those songs is called Song & Wager. They wrote this song and it's on their Myspace! Myspace(dotcom)/songandwager
