PLEASE!!!! From 0:58 to 1:04, was it a montage or Arthure really gave that look to Merlin while Gwen was talking to the other man? What were they talking about (if so).

it really happened, but the knight she was talking to was going to duel the black knight - she was giving him Morgana's favour. lol i think he said tht he didn't need luck....it was something like that that prompted Arthur's look :-) hope that helps!

I totally agree its much beter this way.

Plus its not a political or Arther just thinking shes pretty and therefore must be his wife, like in so many versions ive either read or watched its alot deeper in this . Much better

Actually I'm glad Arthur knows about Gwen's feelings for Lancelot, so she can never 'cheat' on him in the sense of going behind his back. I'd hate that.

Any development between them now must mean Gwen's hidden feelings will deepen towards Arthur. Lancelot has proven fickle, I mean the guy left her after she bared her feelings for him- the ASS- whilst Arthur remains loyal to the thought of he and Gwen being together. Gwen must surely see that and hope for what she'd dared not hope.

when i was watching the season it never cam in my mind that Gwen and Prince Arthur will have a love affair..i thought its Morgana..hahahha,i love the twist of this story since there there is cute knight, Sir Lancelot...I can't wait to watch season II but i have problems here in philippines, I can't find the right time of airing..

I can't fully explain how... sad I think it is that people manage to find a large topic about love in a fantasy series that isn't even focused on love.

It's supposed to be about Merlin and Arthur, not Arthur and Gwenevere. If you wanna be hopped up on love stories, there's better series to be getting your fix at.

I don't hate romance stuff, but Merlin is REALLY not the best series to watch if you're in to that. That being said, I personally think this trend is... really, really ridiculous.

i kind of agree with what you say. the series is mainly about merlin and arther but they did kiss in the second series :) so there is something going on :) ( arther and gwen i mean, not arther and merlin) ;)

Yes, I do understand that part of it. It's just that there's so many videos on it and it's kind of making me think to myself... "You gotta be kidding! On this series!?" I guess you could call it... Very very surprising to me considering there's so many more obvious shows to be swooning at. xD

Like I said, I'm not a romance hater. I actually like a bit of romance myself every now and then, and I'm not even a girl! :P (Not saying that other guys don't enjoy this stuff though.)

the series is not mainly about merlin and Arthur. The show maybe called to Merlin, consider the fact whe are looking it form his POV. But the series is especially about are the characters of the legend how they where at young age
