You can not take the greed out of insurance companies. Health care in my and most of us's opinion is a civil right. Public option is mandatory. No REFORM without PUBLIC OPTION. You can not stop insurance companies to form cartel (which is illegal). If you ever heard of game theory or nash equillibrium than you would not oppose public option. Health insurance is a civil right and public option is a maral option.

single payer, medicare for all, HR 676, you have no deductibles, you have no co-pays, you have no premiums. Don't change the health care, change the health care payment system. Take the 30% we pay insurance and put it back in the system to pay for care. That way everyone is covered. What does insurance companies do for their 30%?

What is the government doing with the money they're given? Medicare isn't free. Medicare charges premiums, Medicare charges co-pays, Medicare requires deductibles.
