Have you ever seen the musical? Because in the musical, it explains why Nala left the Pridelands. She left because Scar went crazy when Mufasa's ghost haunted him in every shadow and he decided he needed a queen and an heir so he started to lust after Nala and he threatened to kill her is she didn't become his queen, so she left to go find help and to get away from Scar

I extract the footage of the DVD using DVD Decrypter, then convert the files into editing form using MPEG Streamclip. (both are free downloads) It creates gorgeous quality!
