Well you have to open Camhacks displaysettings not GTA san andreas'es :)

Open CAmhack, There you go to display settings, and there tick " ignore look left/right"

OK, one question. I downloaded GTA san andreas from mediafire, i extracted the files in a folder ''GTA San Andreas''. Then i downloaded SAMP, i browsed it to the GTA san andreas folder. It succesfully downloaded. I clicked on the GTA folder and found ''SAMP'' i clicked on it, clicked and connected on a server, but it opens singel mode? Can you please help me? Can it work with a downloaded copy of GTA san andreas? Because i didnt buy it and i dont have CD.

@habbomanish you have to have installed SAMP Into the GTA San Andreas Directory.
