In Hugo Oklahoma, we had two freak snow storms in the Spring of 2008... Snow isn't typical in March in Hugo... it usually snows in December to February... however we had two 4 inch snow storms in one week... after 60 and 70 degree weather. It also snowed big in North Texas.
