However, despite the fact that this battle is proof that the gods recognize you as a hero, this IS only the third boss, and for that reason only this battle should be relatively easy.

I liked fighting Gohdan, but I must admit, he wasn't terribly difficult. His attacks were rather slow and predictable. The way to defeat him was simple as well. If he fired energy bursts at Link the whole time, not nonstop of course, but it would make him more difficult. Also, I think the arena was too large. Basically, Gohdan made for a fun fight, but was not what I expected my 'final challenge' to be. As a side note, if you've played Ocarina of Time, Bongo Bongo has the same attacks and arena.
