  • Nice seeing the jew doing what they always do; looting and pilfering. If this were a true dig they would be gridding and photographing everything. But alas, it is just simple theft.

  • There is another aspect of religion of the Bible than Judaism/Christianity older than either&excisted is some cultures into the 20th century In the Bible there are people(Genesis chapters1-12 before Abraham to really Moses, Job&Corneilius e.c.t) This devout monotheistic folk religion was in all cultures&peoples histories very early in human history. Most peoples fell from it but some held it til the 20th century book-Eternity In Their Hearts by Don Richardson Regal Books 1981&Authur CustanceFYI

  • John Wycliffe1330-1385 who translated the Bible from Latin to middle English in 1382 felt that the Bible should be in the tongue&hands of the masses In 1442 his remains were dug up&a trial was held condemming him His bones were burned to powder&dumped in a river Evil men over 1000 years put the Bible under lock&key&most clergy&all laity had no access to it What Wycliffe did was illegal but was never caught Many Christians, atheist&others don't know this i read his lifestory&I have the book FYI.

  • The bible has bbe accessible to the masses less than 500 years William Tyndale1498-1542 was the first to mass publish Bibles using a printing press They cost a man a week's wage He smuggled them to England from Belguim Before it took 10 months to handwrite a Bible Tyndale spoke 9 languages He was a wanted man betrayed&caught, tried&executed in Brussels1542 I read his lifestory&have the book The path for the masses having Bibles was long&bloody over hundreds of years. Many folk don't know thisFYI.

  • I would have stuffed them in my pants and socks:)

  • ide have swallowed half a dozen of them sweet sweet gold coins

  • Those arabs are too busy blowing themselves up to do anything productive like archeology...If they want treasure, maybe they should start digging around themselves, instead of waiting for others to find things and then crying that it's being stolen from them

  • there's no way those jews will let that money go...that's just the way it is

  • I HATE IT WEAN SOME 1 FINDS SOME THING AND TELLS THE WORLD AND THE NEWS HE DOSE NOT NO THAT IF HE SAYS THAT THEY WILL TAKE IT AWAY WHAT A DUM SHIT

  • I would have taken all of em, I would have kept quiet, and just stuffed em in my pocket.

  • I would totaly be takeing some of those coins! She should have goten at least one to take home.

  • finding gold in the holy land is one thing but putting in your pockets is another...no way!!! I would anywhere else but I wouldn't in the holy land it has to stay where it is. kind of like if the ark of the covenant is found it must stay where it is..

  • @saintpaddydaybride the rosetta was set in egypt yet it is in the british museum.

  • @Acroniscopi are you Hebrew?

  • @saintpaddydaybride don't get jewish with me.

  • I can never find out what % of gold coins are like did they do it in 22 carat and mixed it with like copper or brass lol they must of had away of mixing the %

  • wait, how do we know there was 264 coins. what if there were more, but when no one was looking someone took some and THEN told the reporters. just a thought.

  • No banks? No bankers? BS. Whom ever owned that cache was a money lender. He made it with usery.

  • "The site is located in a parking lot alongside the ancient city's southern wall."

hey , they fell out of my car when I parked there !

  • ya i would have swollowed a few for sure and got em later.

  • a jew put gold in the ground and forgot about it, holy shit. a jew would stand a better chance of walking on water than forgetting about gold. wait, wow, never mind!!!

  • That was intended for her. I hope they honored her with...Her findings should be documented with her name as so with the Largest Butterfly, in the world "Queen Alexandra," which was discovered by Mr. Meek, in 1906.

  • did she kept it?

  • i would love to find the treasure of blackbeard or the amber room

  • i know this sounds "stupid-insane-dumb" but i would probably have swallow it,cause if they check your pockets for those valuables, you have to give it to them. so swallowing it is so much better.

  • "N0 formal archaelogical training," exactly what is that, the fucking abiltiy to dig?.

Fancy not stinking a few coins in her pocket, what an idiot.

  • @nefhead @nefhead hahahahahahhahaa..................so true

  • no formal training no kidding, she's touching those coins without gloves

  • @blankslate3 gold doesnt corrode its fine to touch them...learn some chemistry.

  • waw.....

  • In most countries, if she were digging on her own, the museums would still have first dibs, but they would have to buy them from her. Pre 1970, she could sell them to the highest bidder. Today, if the museums did not want to buy them which i'm sure in this case they would, she could still sell them to who ever she wants.

  • I'd put some of those gold coins in my pocket...oh hang on A MILLION other people have written the same thing on this thread...

  • sow that tourist was really dumb i would be quied and dig it up later hehe

  • This find was remarkable. It appears that the coins were hidden to keep the Persians from finding them. The owners of the coins likely died when the city was sacked when the Persian army took Jerusalem.

  • i woulda most deff got some in my pocket

  • yup

  • @GeorgiaBoii32 ah well,maybe she did!

  • if i was her, id sneak some in my pockets is no one is looking she deserves some to herself! finders keepers away with you "give it to the museum goody goodies" do yourself a favour and avoid loosing antiques to the no good museums.

  • @partition00 if i was her i would definately sneak some in my pockets. as a family heirloom in the future i whould keep it in a good state and treasure it to my liking. thats my opinion and no one can change it due to my love for history and treasure.

  • You might as well hand it over to me, I'll give you two cans of beans for those coins. That's what it's going to come down to anyways. Your kids get a shitty world to live in, in exchange. I'd trade all the gold in the world to have my country back.

  • I just hope that one or more men/women steal one mabe more of this gold coins and keep it to the better world to show to the public.

  • man I would have kept my mouth shut and none the wiser heh.

  • Many gold treasures were found in Jordan but were confiscated by the Royal family. None of it ever made it to Jordanian museums, and when we ask, usually they say it was auctioned in London for the royal family,,,, they say !, but I witnessed three incidents in Jarash, where Roman gold was found and was taken by members of the royal family of Jordan.

  • id sneak one in my pouch when no one is looking!

  • that really would have been a shame if she would have thrown it in the "rubbish" bucket.
