As I was reading these coments,I made my own theory. I think it was Renne. She followed Bree,and when she saw that Bree entered the hostel,she thought that Bree is meeting Ben,then she ran away and accidently run over Chuck. Or she heard when Chuck told to Ben that he is going to close his construction,and she wanted to do that for Ben. Oh...it gives me a headache....

Also, notice the ending montage, she's the only housewife that gets IN to her house, instead of going out/being on her way out. People takes for granted that she's coming back from the airport, but maybe she took another way home ;)

Can't be Bree-her car has two rear lights and the killer's has three.

Not Renee - her car is silver. Not Mike - he is driving a van. Not Carlos - guilty conscience regarding Alejandro, so not really able to do it all over again. Not Gaby - she is genuinely surprised when the detective tells her about Chuck.

It leaves us with either Ben or, most surprisingly - Tom. I wouldn't want Tom to have done it to be able to continue his affair with Jane, though. :((

Actually . what if it was a complete RANDOM person, just running over him.. but this is DH you don't know what's going to happen.. but if you google the 2010 Lexus LS460 its pretty much the same car as Bree's and it has the third light for the brake, and frame by frame you can tell the front looks like a Camry and Bree's car is just the upperscale Camry branded my Lexus. But DH might also just be setting us up!

@joshjamesdavidriley It would appear that way, but most on most cars the third brake light only comes on when you hit the brake so it could had still been Bree's Lexus. DH have switched out cars before so i have a feeling that we shouldn't rely on the car for this one.
