  • At 0:59 he says, "If the fetus could talk it would say 'could you please get out of my mother's uterus.'" He is referring to a hypothetical microphone that the court would use to allow the fetus to testify. Will the fetus, with a by then likely fully formed mouth, be able to say "Could you please get out of my mother's uterus" when the abortion doctor, I mean baby killer, enters his/her mother's uterus with a knife and fork to kill him or her?

  • A natural objection would be that this one-celled zygote is not actually "alive." Well if it isn't alive, then how in the world does it undergo round-after-round of cell division which is dependent on a host of coordinated, properly functioning cellular processes? Magic? Oh yeah, if such embryonic cells are not "alive," then how could they be of any use as stem cell therapies in "living" human beings?

  • At conception, a single-celled zygote with a distinctive and complete human genome (22 x 2 autosomes + 1 x 2 sex chromosomes) is formed. Inherent to the abortion of even this one cell is the termination of a living organism (are there not single-celled organisms?) that is uniquely human by its full complement of genetic information. By the way, the Ivy-league educated Uygur is wrong; at fertilization BOTH sex chromosomes are present (e.g. XX vs XY), and thus that zygote actually is a he or she.

  • @kimbo39

some women have a nonfunctional Y chromosome.

They are still women, look like women, can do everything that women can do but they are genetically male.

Don't these women decide to be a she?

The baby is not a he or she yet, guy named kimbo is wrong.

and a retarded conservative (wait, they mean the same thing don't they?).

  • @ThatBlackPanda

Clearly I was referring in general to genotypic sex on the backdrop of typical embryogenesis. Of course there are exceptions due to congenital chromosomal abnormalities such as the one you described; I highly doubt that Uygur had such relatively rare events in mind when he delivered his diatribe. Interestingly enough, even you employed the phrase "genetically male" which in itself implies gender and therefore usage of a masculine pronoun.

  • @ThatBlackPanda

You display such concern for those who must live with inherited chromosomal anomalies yet you choose to use a a pejorative epithet in a manner that actually disparages such individuals.

  • @kimbo39

I love how retards (republicans) do not use facts anymore.

  • @ThatBlackPanda

Please point out where I have been factually wrong.

  • @kimbo39

You weren't factually wrong... you used no facts.

This is why you are a retard (republican).

  • @ThatBlackPanda

    Elaborate.

  • its funny- i've blasted this guy's leftist comments in the 'young turks'- now he's fully blossomed into the mainstream bovine crap (transliterated)....stupid is what stupid does.

  • Uygur= MORON.

  • junk

  • @onvogmasaj chunk o'junk

  • dude doesn't know science

  • @YESobamaCANfuckupUSA ok science guy ,which part of his statement are you talking about?

  • @19cohen

saying an embryo is not human because it cant talk or has no heart beat

  • @YESobamaCANfuckupUSA SOOOO,whats your scientific proof?do you have any proof that a fetus that young can speak?or has fully developed heart?

  • @19cohen do you have any proof that a 1 hour old baby can speak? and since when having a heart is what differentiate from human to not human?

here is my proof .....deoxyribonucleic acid

  • @YESobamaCANfuckupUSA huh?this is one bullshit.deoxyribonucleic acid makes it human?hahahahahaha.dont argue with me buddy, i know biology well enough.your proof is not good.

  • @19cohen

again what makes you human? having a heart? being able to talk? well a parrot have a heart and can also talk

how can you differentiate from a human and a not human? DNA buddy. and that little embryo you see see in the womb has its own unique dna from his/her mother

  • @YESobamaCANfuckupUSA @19cohen

    and thats human dna buddy

  • @YESobamaCANfuckupUSA lol no,you are wrong,it has nothing to do with DNA.in my view a human is a creature that can live on its own, meaning that other person`s death does not kill him or her and lives individually outside.

  • @19cohen (1)

here the thing, imagine your a scientist and you were asked to asked to identify the cell fragments found in a crime scene. they found fragments that belong to a cat, a dog, a female human and some fragments from a foetus. you dont know any other info about this beside that you were handed a bunch of cells. assuming you got all your test right, ....

  • @19cohen (2) what would you conclude? you would say that there are 2 human, a dog and a cat. if the embryo is not human, then why would you say u have 2 humans in the crime scene(assuminh you would agree with the scenario)

  • @19cohen

'creature that can live on its own, meaning that other person`s death does not kill him or her and lives individually outside.' ........ so my dog is also a human by your standard

so how can you differentiate from a human to a dog. your standard doesnt say much. dna says everything.

so heres another ting, imagine you are stuck in the island with an iffant ALONE. if you die, the chances are the baby dies aswell. so does is that infant human?

  • @YESobamaCANfuckupUSA

    lol my grammar sucks lol

    sorry bout that

  • @YESobamaCANfuckupUSA what kind of crime scene is that? LOL.well if u ask me about fetus cell then i will say its human CELL and not human being.dog cell is different again,i will say dog cell etc.for foetus -whether you say its not a human being or not ,its a question of perception and not fact.so i wont impose on you what to think whether its human or not,and i expect the same because its not a FACT.when i said creature i assumed that u stay on human foetus because dog foetus and puppy r dif

  • @19cohen ok

how would you tell apart that a dog is a human or not human scientifically? please i dont want subjective opinions. i want results from something that you do in a lab

and since when dependency, having a heart, ability to talk is what constitute a human being?

  • @YESobamaCANfuckupUSA dna can be used to tell them apart.dog dna is not the same as human dna.but having a human dna does make something a human.its the organism we are talking about.having heart and ability to speak does not necessarily mean human ,im not saying that.i was refering to that because of the video reference and to show that foetus organs are not even developed to compare them to human.dependancy is related to that ,i.e. having mouth, having heart, and vital organs, etc.

  • @YESobamaCANfuckupUSA again dont even bring up dna because its not what determines humans, believe me i know what im talking about.in your example of island, the infant does not die because i die ,the infant will die because there is noone else who can take care of him or her.thats different.
