ok this reminded me of a show where there are like 12 guys and they were numbered. number 1 was a telepathic talking baby and number 2 could fly and i think number 12 could slow down time or idk i cant remember can somebody help me?

Well actually, it was originally pretty mediocre but the dub brought out all of its best qualities with the abundance of the over-the-top acting and crazy dialogue. It totally redefined the characters and the show's overall feel.
Feel proud, and give props to whomever did most of the scripting and directing for this dub.
*looks proudly up at box set* Yep I bought that a while back now and still to this day my favourite character is still Cougar. So much that I'm actually going to cosplay as him (See my friends said "Either you come with us cosplaying or you die")
Good series too. The main character is kinda SHOCKING FIRST BULLET! And they don't seem to be any SHOCKING SECOND BULLET!
I'm sure you get my drift. But cougar owns because he is the only one I could probably engage in a really good conversion X3
