can you explain to me how this can be used?
mouffpiece 1 year ago
@mouffpiece If you want to build a clock on the other site of the earth, it helps to have a pendulum that is upside down.
TirianB 1 year ago 3
@mouffpiece It can be used to make 68376 people watch the video ...

you should invent something useful with your knowledge like a frictionless engine or somthing

and thats why they won't allow me to have any form of magnets
I would create a gravitywarp that would destroy earth
i just orderd geomax

This is pretty sweet. Regardless, there are a lot more than just 12 magnetic fields at work keeping your pendulum upright.
mechoid9 2 years ago
too bad you cant get some sort of ball-and-socket hinge at the base... Your method of connecting the pendulum must be pretty inefficient.
jewtube000 3 years ago
ball and socket is worse than this since it gives more friction while this gives less.

not bad at all,its cleaver and well thought of,the only problem its that the pendul works in a tri-vectorial referential instead of a bi-vectorial making its periods to be inconstant therefore not a real pendulum.
its a good work tho

How many pieces did you use? :-P

Hmm... Would the pendulum in the middle ever stop moving? Because, even though the sway gets smaller and smaller, would it ever reach "zero"?
cjbrx3115 3 years ago
yup, otherwise its a perpetual machine...which defies the laws of physics...mainly the ball bearing friction will stop the pendulum moving
