Man you have gotten so much better in case of mike skills since 07. Still TNA bringing back a bunch of old guys isn't really helping them. I don't know much about the nasty boys, but they both are old and fat, I don't see that as a benefit. Shannon Moore and Orlando Jordan, sure, they aren't so young anymore, but still hungry. The NWO reunion...eh it looks like hogan might still be a face rather than be with the heel nWo and Bishoff. I can see Ric Flair as a on screen character but not wrestling

As far as I'm concerned, TNA wins ONLY AFTER they've overtaken WWE in viewership and ratings because the last pro wrestling company to do that is WCW about 10 years ago.
they fucked ecw so badly that it doesn't resemble ANYTHING of its original incarnation. they need to put the show to sleep and re-integrate all the stars into smackdown or raw. or call it something else besides ecw.
I have said it in other reviews..but yes, I completely agree, I honestly felt like a kid sitting in front of the tv again, it was an amazing/nostalgic feeling.
Also, I'm hoping to see a better direction with it's creative. Stuff on Monday night like the "mysterious backstage assault" moments and the strip poker segments were just downright cheesy. If TNA is to go ahead against Raw, I think they gotta deliver an exceptionally entertaining product. Which by all means isn't hard to do given Raw's crappy product. But I just hope to see better storyline with TNA and hope that they don't waste airtime on stupid stuff.
I just hope that Hulk Hogan stay true to his word when he says that he'll send home any wrestler who doesn't know how to talk on the mic.
And I see a couple wrestlers in TNA that I feel are overrated and are just not cut out to be in the spotlight that they're given. Ones such as Amazing Red, Abyss, and Shark Boy. I think Hogan should really get rid of those guys as they're just not cut out to be superstars, or even mid-carders to be exact.
On another note I just wanna express my opinion on what TNA is doing.
I believe that TNA has really good intentions. They don't treat the wrestling fans as dumbfucks like the WWE does. I just love how TNA talks about the business side of things which is completely taboo in the WWE.
Watching wrestling 4 the first time on Monday night in over a long time felt......really good.
I'm glad that after so long from not watching Monday nights, I was welcomed to such an interesting night. Brought that nostalgia feeling back.
Raw was boring (as usual) except 4 the Bret Hart segments. And Impact was full of surprises. Tho I thought the Bubba The Sponge moments were pretty cheesy.

Good video don't agree with everything but this is one of the better videos you have ever done. I thought the Jeff Hardy thing was a waste even if they never use him again he should have cut a promo putting over the company and talent.
But that is the problem pspower. The fact that Jeff has nothing to do at the moment isn't a good thing because he came from WWE and was one of their biggest draws (if not there biggest last year). For him to be doing nothing but tagging with Shannon Moore and feuding with Homicide is not a good thing.

Next weeks Impact is probably even more important than the Monday Night one. You got all your debuts and they did draw a good rating. Anything less then a 1.2 for the next Impact should be unacceptable considering the rating they drew. I personally want something new... Not TNA's version of the NWO. They barely even showcased any of the younger talent and it just felt like WCW all over again. Hogan buried WCW cause of his ego and now his ego seems to be even bigger, so TNA better be careful
I think you may be the only person excited about Hall and Pac. Seriousely who cares about these guys? Hogans and Bischoffs promo was nothing special, it felt like nothing more then a long informercial for TNA. I don't want to hear about how great TNA is while I am trying to watch them. Oh and good by TNA signing Jeff Hardy who just got indicted on drug charges. There was nothing on TNA that made me want to watch again.
And i know TNA will never be able to replicate that show again...you can't keep debuting new people without running out of money....but ur right the 4th set up a shitload of potential storylines. And that's the problem i have with Raw...nothing progresses. No one gets elevated. How many months are we gonna be speculating about Rhodes and DiBiase leaving Legacy? When is someone DESERVING of a push gonna actually get one. Raw is stale w/ hardly any LOGICAL change on the horizon.
To me, if TNA decided to go head to head week in and week out, the two shows progressing regularly from here (meaning no monumental debuts or monumental guest hosts like the Rock), TNA has the advantage of having storylines set up where talents that are over and connected with their audience can progress. Its a more creative and intriguing show overall in my opinion. And when given the time, the actual in ring wrestling is just as good if not better.
And I think there needs to be something said about the promo work in TNA. I think people overlook how many great talkers are in TNA. Look back at the promo work during Impact from Monday and compare it to what we got on Raw. It's right on par, if not better. I'm not trynna say that TNA is flat out a better show, but the quality is there so much that I think that they can compete on Monday nights
For as much as people hate on you, you make a lot of sense....I'm glad someone thinks the way that I do. Just because ROH on HDNet has 55min of wrestling on a 58min show doesn't mean that it's God's gift to wrestling. Where are the storylines, where are the moments, where are the moments that break up wrestling. And I'm not saying that RoH is bad, but i feel that you can't measure how good a wrestling show is just by how many minutes of wrestling is on the show alone.

TNA needs to make the ring square again and make another monumental announcement by saying that they r going to perform at a real stadium. I think that wud honestly be better than that monday night special. This monday night was just the setup for the next few months of storylines.
It's weird to see you talk about TNA. However, Impact sucked. I'm tired of seeing people say that it was better than RAW. TNA is just a cheap rip off of WWE and WWE sucks. However, WWE is actually building up quite nicely to WrestleMania. The thing that I hated about TNA the most was that they had 3 hours and yet they could not let the matches go long with the exception of Styles and Angles. As far as I am concerned TNA is more dead than WWE.

Great vid as usual. Monday truly was a gift from the wrestling Gods to us, the fans. And for everyone saying that TNA will die, look how much they've accomplished in their 7 years. Yeah, they made mistakes, but they've also made amazing strides to compete. I do disagree to a extent. Bret and Shawn was a big disappointment, and even Vince and Bret was a disappointment. For so many years this is what we got for Bret face to face with these two for the first time? and IF Bret don't return to further the storyline then it was a extreme disappointment. Raw sucked Monday, the only reason it had higher ratings was that WWE been around a lot longer therefor it's like flushing a toilet you're naturally do it.

Nope didn't notice bret hart make up and no one else i talked to even noticed that too.......Raw ended up with a 3.9 rating not 3.7 and avg a 4.2 rating while Bret Hart was on TV.

i have to agree with you. this week of wrestling was the first time in a long time ive felt like being a wrestling fan was something to be exciting about. i felt like we were back in the wcw wwf monday night wars. wwe and tna were throwing everything they had at each other. but oh my, i certainly didnt expect tna to have nearly that much up its sleeve. i mean, hardy was the biggest star in wwe for a while last year. and he just pops back into tna? fantastic.
I doubt Val Venis will keep his name in TNA. Also I want to see his sexual innuendo on TV. Just imagine Velvet Sky and Val having a conversion that sounds so sexual innuendoish.
Oh... and about the last part of the video: TNA definitely wins. Not to mention that the WWE had Bret Hart come to the WWE for the first time in 12 years. With the pop that TNA got, TNA's ratings are bound to get higher... as you don't know what's going to happen. With the Bret Hart saga, people ARE intrigued... but we all know it's gonna come down to a Bret Hart/ Vince McMahon feud, and a repeat of a Vince loss at Wrestlemania... just like HBK, Hugan, etc. BORING!

Actually PSPower, if we're talking strictly about the number's on the screen, the average of those 5 numbers is 3.56, meaning the 3.7 WWE drew was above slightly above par, drawing in 1 or 2 million more viewers. That being said, the 1.5 TNA drew is significantly more than their average, even eclipsing the 1.3 drawn by the Sting-Kurt Angle Empty Arena Brawl. So TNA still wins, but I still detect a bit of bias in your analysis.
Oh, and ur reasons for watching TNA... I thought I was the only 1.

If those rating are true then TNA did win it would be intresting to see if they got new people, old wrestling fans or wwe's tho. TNA won hands down, people can nitpick and whine like the whiny brats they are but it doesn't change the fact TNA put on the better show, crazy thing is they still didn't go ALL out. More debuts are soon to come and little by little TNA climbs that ladder.
The WWE has always been my favourite company, I didnt expect I would ever say that but the WWE deserves to die cuz they pushed Cena for 5 years. A stupid rapper in jeans held the WWE Title for 1000 days. Gosh, Cena is a 7 time Champ and hes only 32, Hogan and Flair were not even 1 time Champ when they were 32.
Yet Kurt angle hasent smellled anywhere outside the main event sience he came about 3 or 4 years ago and thats ok. If Kurt was doing this in the wwe you tna marks would be doing summersaults.
I think everyone is over hyping everything because wrestling has been so boring and predictable that the minute some surprising shit happen everyone is like OMG. My highlights of that night and I mean moments that I think were worth all the hype and attention were Bret and Shawn burrying the hatchet and Kurt vs AJ. Hardy's redebut was garbage and there's a lot of other stuff I didnt really like but all in all the goal to get people watching was reached
If Wcw had a 1.5 in the 90s compared to the wwe's 3.7 they would not consider that a win. The real test will be in teh coming weeks, lets see what they can do with fat scott Hall and boring Kevin Nash. Lets see, All the storylines involve old fat wwe and wcw stars, one man is home grown thats in the main event, Aj Styles. Other-wise this so calld "Great show" was nothign but a wcw reunion special!

TNA have 30-40 year old fans, who will eventually loose there interest for pro wrestling.
Yes, TNA chants are loud. They are loud because there arent that many people in the arena compared to wwe, Its more dense & easier to pick up chants, And they'll be louder because Just look at wrestlemania. You will rarely hear a chant at wrestlemania.

Man you have gotten so much better in case of mike skills since 07. Still TNA bringing back a bunch of old guys isn't really helping them. I don't know much about the nasty boys, but they both are old and fat, I don't see that as a benefit. Shannon Moore and Orlando Jordan, sure, they aren't so young anymore, but still hungry. Also, I'm hoping to see a better direction with it's creative. Stuff on Monday night like the "mysterious backstage assault" moments and the strip poker segments were just downright cheesy. If TNA is to go ahead against Raw, I think they gotta deliver an exceptionally entertaining product. Which by all means isn't hard to do given Raw's crappy product. But I just hope to see better storyline with TNA and hope that they don't waste airtime on stupid stuff.

I just hope that Hulk Hogan stay true to his word when he says that he'll send home any wrestler who doesn't know how to talk on the mic.
And I see a couple wrestlers in TNA that I feel are overrated and are just not cut out to be in the spotlight that they're given. Ones such as Amazing Red, Abyss, and Shark Boy. I think Hogan should really get rid of those guys as they're just not cut out to be superstars, or even mid-carders to be exact.

Watching wrestling 4 the first time on Monday night in over a long time felt......really good.
I'm glad that after so long from not watching Monday nights, I was welcomed to such an interesting night. Brought that nostalgia feeling back.
Raw was boring (as usual) except 4 the Bret Hart segments. And Impact was full of surprises. Tho I thought the Bubba The Sponge moments were pretty cheesy.

Next weeks Impact is probably even more important than the Monday Night one. You got all your debuts and they did draw a good rating. Anything less then a 1.2 for the next Impact should be unacceptable considering the rating they drew. I personally want something new... Not TNA's version of the NWO. They barely even showcased any of the younger talent and it just felt like WCW all over again. Hogan buried WCW cause of his ego and now his ego seems to be even bigger, so TNA better be careful

I think you may be the only person excited about Hall and Pac. Seriousely who cares about these guys? Hogans and Bischoffs promo was nothing special, it felt like nothing more then a long informercial for TNA. I don't want to hear about how great TNA is while I am trying to watch them. Oh and good by TNA signing Jeff Hardy who just got indicted on drug charges. There was nothing on TNA that made me want to watch again.

And i know TNA will never be able to replicate that show again...you can't keep debuting new people without running out of money....but ur right the 4th set up a shitload of potential storylines. And that's the problem i have with Raw...nothing progresses. No one gets elevated. How many months are we gonna be speculating about Rhodes and DiBiase leaving Legacy? When is someone DESERVING of a push gonna actually get one. Raw is stale w/ hardly any LOGICAL change on the horizon.

To me, if TNA decided to go head to head week in and week out, the two shows progressing regularly from here (meaning no monumental debuts or monumental guest hosts like the Rock), TNA has the advantage of having storylines set up where talents that are over and connected with their audience can progress. Its a more creative and intriguing show overall in my opinion. And when given the time, the actual in ring wrestling is just as good if not better.

And I think there needs to be something said about the promo work in TNA. I think people overlook how many great talkers are in TNA. Look back at the promo work during Impact from Monday and compare it to what we got on Raw. It's right on par, if not better. I'm not trynna say that TNA is flat out a better show, but the quality is there so much that I think that they can compete on Monday nights

For as much as people hate on you, you make a lot of sense....I'm glad someone thinks the way that I do. Just because ROH on HDNet has 55min of wrestling on a 58min show doesn't mean that it's God's gift to wrestling. Where are the storylines, where are the moments, where are the moments that break up wrestling. And I'm not saying that RoH is bad, but i feel that you can't measure how good a wrestling show is just by how many minutes of wrestling is on the show alone.

It's weird to see you talk about TNA. However, Impact sucked. I'm tired of seeing people say that it was better than RAW. TNA is just a cheap rip off of WWE and WWE sucks. However, WWE is actually building up quite nicely to WrestleMania. The thing that I hated about TNA the most was that they had 3 hours and yet they could not let the matches go long with the exception of Styles and Angles. As far as I am concerned TNA is more dead than WWE.

I do disagree to a extent. Bret and Shawn was a big disappointment, and even Vince and Bret was a disappointment. For so many years this is what we got for Bret face to face with these two for the first time? and IF Bret don't return to further the storyline then it was a extreme disappointment. Raw sucked Monday, the only reason it had higher ratings was that WWE been around a lot longer therefor it's like flushing a toilet you're naturally do it.

Actually PSPower, if we're talking strictly about the number's on the screen, the average of those 5 numbers is 3.56, meaning the 3.7 WWE drew was above slightly above par, drawing in 1 or 2 million more viewers. That being said, the 1.5 TNA drew is significantly more than their average, even eclipsing the 1.3 drawn by the Sting-Kurt Angle Empty Arena Brawl. So TNA still wins, but I still detect a bit of bias in your analysis.

I think everyone is over hyping everything because wrestling has been so boring and predictable that the minute some surprising shit happen everyone is like OMG. My highlights of that night and I mean moments that I think were worth all the hype and attention were Bret and Shawn burrying the hatchet and Kurt vs AJ. wwe raw only had bret hart. everything else seemed usual same old stuff.
tna was also pretty much the same. only difference was more than one guy from past.
i don't see why mr. power goes bonkers over nwo and eric bischoff and nasty boys (the same old shit we've seen before)

I cant actually remember who I was replying too lol but I agree with mostly what you said, dont get me wrong I like the fact is getting bigger stars,b ut they are abit past thier sale by date (no-one should take offence to that) i agree, no need for nasty boys, scott hall, waltman etc, flair and hogan cant wrestle, im sorry they just cant but good names for the company. they need to focus on these stars pushing the younger stars. but Bischoff is hopefully going to change TNA forever.

mesh it in to improve there young roster.
not have hogan saying "BROTHER, BROTHER BROTHER!" every chance he gets. that is good t.v, but not good for the overall company.
imagine if tna would of given more young talent on monday the chance that angles/styles got. with flair and hogan lightly throughout.
i like what they did with jeff. it was subtle. you see he is in tna. give him a tad more camera time backstage. then he leaves. making us want to tune in next week.

flair showing up. saying something, and thats it could of been great. hell, off with the limo entrance.
all flair could of done is walk into styles dressing room. with the camera on an astonished styles. we wonder who walked in, camera shows its the nature boy, ric flair. and thats that.
hogan's stuff could of stayed the same. no probs.
but no nasty boys, val venis, eric bischoff, hall, x-pac.

i didn't say TNA IMPACT was perfect but still by far superior than raw. they brought in marquee names fans wanted to see, Hardy, Flair, Hogan, and a couple of vets who will weave into the storylines to PUT THE YOUNGER TALENT OVER. they will start new matchups, fresh storylines, never before seen fights! it wasn't perfect but it's the beginning of a revolution.

Lol pushing stars how is the WWE pushing stars? Let's see Sheamus pretty much won a title w/o paying his dues, Kofi lost to RKO last night, Evan Bourne pretty much got squashed, MVP is STILL in the US Title picture 4 like the last 3 years. Sorry but WWE has fail to do what they're supposed n that's put on a good show. But hey good job watching TNA I'm sure they care what u think when ur giving them views :D, I streamed RAW BTW.
