Our family since has driven Chryslers

@cantdieandnotlive Well alot of people park their cars and leave it in gear when they turn the car off, its actually what you are supposed to do when on a hill... put it in 1st, set the ebrake, turn the car off, then release the clutch, so what the father did was correct. to keep the car from drifting in neutral since they are on level ground, he put it in 1st to keep the trans from moving foward. Im just confused as to how the kid was able to get the car going just by starting it! LOL
@italnkicbxr If you barely let off the clutch even without pressing the gas you can get a fairly nice start and with that much horsepower he got a pretty good start

@italnkicbxr no no you can actually look for a video...depending on the power of the engine it can accelerate easily to 25 without hitting the gas. but it is possible that he mistook the gas for the break
@italnkicbxr my theory is either the starter motor is so bad ass that it can start and drive at the same time, or the kid had his foot on the clutch for some reason and then just lifted off.
@TonkatrainHONKHONK after combining what ja2smart92 and you said it makes sense. the cars power is so high, the kid probably had started releasing the clutch(too weak of leg muscles) so the car started moving, and when you say he got scared and started to panic, let the clutch out all the way while it was rolling and made it jump. That actually makes perfect sense!
