4799 is a GP38-2w, wow man these trains are getting long! I asked you in another vid of yours of how often you see the GATX/CN tank train. I never knew they were ever split up , I thought CN only ran them as a unit train.
Thanks for the engine info. Sorry about not replying to another post you made. The tank train ends up going to Miramichi, NB. 308 takes it from Quebec to Moncton. Another train takes it from Moncton to Miramichi, and vise versa (except 305 would take it from Moncton west). From what I was told, the tank cars are put into blocks of 17 each. The most that i've seen on one train is 2 blocks of 17, at different locations on the train.
McGivney is a great location to capture the speed,odd to see lumber heading east..

Probably going to Truro, NS. I've seen them unloading lumber at a mill in Brookfield. I think they make finished wood products there.
