Yes, "To TV or Not TV" - just Proctor and Bergman, I believe.

Great video as well - just an ordinary slice of 20th C life - probably all shot before 1947 - and before network TV.

I was just thinking about the incredible burden I bear in forcing myself to watch network news - just to know what its like to be in 1984 -
