Actually, I have been in more bands then you can imagine. And with those bands, yes, there has been plenty of recording. What I was trying to express is the fact that I'm tired of hearing about Thompson being this monster guitar player, and then going and hearing him record one of the songs and all it is, is him playing the same 2 riffs over and over.

When the orginal guitarist left corey invited james to join because of working experince. Corey started stone sour again simple to do somthing different because slipknot was always heavy. So he restarted stone sour because of musical style not guitar style. Hell and consequences i bellive has the same guitar style.
