Lion's Heart is clearly about meeting and/or being with him. "Lion Heart" is a nick-name for King Richard the 1st. And Darren said in an interview that when they met he felt this strange sense of deja vu.

:) Casey is about Darren's sister (Tracy) and the relationship they have/had. When things weren't so good at this house she would come pick him up and they would drive (in a yellow car) down a highway and blast music. He said it was the only time that he ever really felt free because he could sing at the tops of his lungs and let go. It's a sweet message.

I love his songs because they're to relatable to everyone's lives. He's pretty much the best song writer out there.

My mum had a similar feeling when my Auntie moved away to Ireland.

I love his songs because they're sweet and meaningful, but not only that, his voice is just heavenly to listen to. That high note in Just Want You To Love Me gives me goosebumps.

I don't know what it is about his voice, but it's amazing and sooo pleasing to the ears. I have his cover of "Can't help falling in love" as my ring tone and I can listen to it all day. He's so beautiful. His words just make everyone feel better about themselves, even when the song is mostly about himself and his feelings.

I can't be positive because Darren Hayes have never said anything, but I think my reasoning all makes sense. I think it's about his relationship with his partner Richard. Queen Victoria was married to King RIchard I who was nick-named "Richard the Lion Hearted" and the line "when we met it was Deja Vu" that's what he had said about meeting Richard. There's more, but it's all very cryptic. It's a very smart song. I love it.
