  • If your still young you can get away with eating junk food, not too much obviously but you can handle it more than a much older person. Im 18 and ill eat pizza sometimes, the next day my stomach looks sharp again

  • @LostMYmind904 - You should download the full program (Ripped Abs and Chest programs) they will give all the information you are looking for. Other than that I would do the Ripped abs and Chest workouts 3X per week with one day off in between

  • @1997iwasborn Hey 1997 - I hope all is well.  Well the only way to get that 4-6 pack is nutrition - You need to have a healthy clean nutrition plan in order to get to where you want to be. Check out my Rapid Abs workout on youtube and download the program that it is linked to...that program has workouts and a nutrition plan - Good Luck - Funk

They worked, but also made me breakout in spots so I'm not sure if I should use them or not? Is this the case for lots of people? What's your opinion? cheers

  • Hey Funk, just started watching your videos and dang your in great shape! I was wondering though, I'm a skinny teenager and and sorta have abs. You can see a six pack when I leen back some and flex. I know cardio burns fat, and ab exercises strengthen the abs, but I have a skinny six pack (if that makes sense). Its very thin and not wide like all these ripped guys. Do ab exercises widen or enlarg your abs at all? What do they do from a visual standpoint? Thanks!

  • @FrountLiner practice makes perfect do 20, then try 20 more after 30 seconds, 20 more 30 seconds, on and on and on till you can't and more. don't have to be 20 each time but do it till you can't go any higher and wait 30 seconds i would try as many sets as possible and eat a good amount of protein and nuts drink some milk too!

  • @TheGreatSteal Hey Great Steal - No I did not get my chest by just doing push ups, as you see in my videos, I use a lot of different technique and equipment depending on my goals. Can you get a muscular chest and upper body from push ups? HELL YES - Try it for a month, take before pics and after pics and see the difference - Hope that helps - Funk

    Just curious of any 5 day workouts that happen to know are do for yourself that find most effective. My goals are mainly size and definition. I not trying to become a bodybuilder necessarily, i play sports all the time but im really trying to get more strength and define the muscles more. Do you have any advice for me? and great workout by the way, it killed me!

  • @debiejeff1ftw - Hey Debie, thanks for the question. It all depends on what you goals are..this is a great workout you can do anytime, regardless of what day you train a specific bodypart...in fact, you can do pushups and abs 5-6 times per week (again depending on your goals)

    I was training for Muay Thai - where you must have muscular endurance and strong, solid mid-section, so I did this 3X per week, plus all the push-ups and abs that we did during our trianing sessions

  • @FastKinoEduardo Hey FastKino, one of the most important things your body needs is rest, especially if you are working out. Not sure which program you are doing but 4 days a week of high intensity training is good enough...rest is when the muscles actual grow, recover and recoup for the next session. It also depends on your goals and what other activities you are going - Funk

  • @Pavel13Datsyuk101 Hey Pav you can do this 2x per week, 3x as a full program or 1x and add it to your normal lifting routine, dependign on what your goals are. sometimes if I have not worked out and it is getting late and I feel ancy...I will bust out this workout - awesome

  • @namik2468 your best bet is to do the full workout 2x per week to start and then increase to 3x...body and muscles need time to rest in order to grow.

I think I can handle it once each day, but I don't want to stress my muscles to much if you understand what I mean. I'm 15 by the way.

  • i got threw the first 2 rounds and just try because once you get going its not as hard as you think. the no breaks in between really benifit you. i do feel the ab workouts could be much harder.
