Hey Funk, just started watching your videos and dang your in great shape! I was wondering though, I'm a skinny teenager and and sorta have abs. You can see a six pack when I leen back some and flex. I know cardio burns fat, and ab exercises strengthen the abs, but I have a skinny six pack (if that makes sense). Its very thin and not wide like all these ripped guys. Do ab exercises widen or enlarg your abs at all? What do they do from a visual standpoint? Thanks!
@FrountLiner practice makes perfect do 20, then try 20 more after 30 seconds, 20 more 30 seconds, on and on and on till you can't and more. don't have to be 20 each time but do it till you can't go any higher and wait 30 seconds i would try as many sets as possible and eat a good amount of protein and nuts drink some milk too!

did all your workouts except that diamond push up though never seem to have the energy for that, but subbed that with a dumbell exercise 20 reps to make up for it, but gimme to two to three weeks will have it done

i got threw the first 2 rounds and just try because once you get going its not as hard as you think. the no breaks in between really benifit you. i do feel the ab workouts could be much harder.

u got twice the situp obliques RIGHT.
change the last one to LEFT. not that ppl think they have to train the right ones twice and leave the left ones out :)

this workout is incredible.. actually its funny cuz i do the same workout excpet without the varied pushups/situps at my gym.. its friggin tiring!
