video boy: listen to my suggestion i am a video pro. it is customary to use only instrumental background music when there is a conversation going on in the scene, or you will end up with a sound clash. otherwise you suppress the original conversation to the minimum, or you put down the background music to bare threshold when conversation starts if you want the viewers to listen

@Emso64 @Emso64 @Emso64 thank you :) it won't let me post the links so I'll just have to describe how you find them... not sure where I got 1.08, you can watch the clip from 1.47 by typing 'tom and lynette cancer' and clicking on the third one down and you can watch the clip from 2.46 by typing in 'Tom Scavo's speech on commitment' but that's not very good quality, there is a link at the side of that clip called 'Tom (Desperate housewives final episode) which is better xx
