The question is technically trivial, because when designing a space suit, sneezing is considered a minor issue. You can sneeze quietly and most of the times it doesn't happen. The astronauts answered the question diplomatically, while is was probably the question by her children.

No, when the kids go up to University's astrophysics class, they will be thought that sneezing inside a space suit is negligent in designing the suits. It is practically trivial. Saying otherwise is just patronizing the kids or trying to create a media illusion of an entertaining and fun day at the ISS. You should think about why is it that they said 'aim low, that's the only way to do it' and the media illusion. That is the real problem in going to space and educating children.

Well, dizziness when upside down is caused by blood rushing to your head due to gravity pulling your blood in that direction. In an anti-gravity environment, that's not going to be an issue. Up and down is all relative in space.
