Cantarella isnt a poison at all, Cantarella in this song is love. Kaitos in love with Miku, but can't show his feelings. So in the end he tries to subduct her, pretending he doesn't really love her, but then he shows it. She tries to fight her feelings like he did, and eventually they accept their feelings and love each other. AND THEY LIVES HAPPILY EVER AFTER :D.
