It is a plane. For whatever reason, the wings got cropped when the image was snapped. It makes no sense it would be a missile. Missiles don't fly horizontally. It isn't a cruise missile. The fuselage is the shape of a jetliner. There is no rocket nozzle. We would have heard of this all over the news had it been a missile. Look at the 2 contrails. They are coming from where the engines would be on the wings if you could see them.

This is a DC-9/MD80, if you bothered to turn on the GEC commmunity layers you will see it has been placemarked over 30 times, and has been IDed as an Aircraft

Any member of the GE forums will tell you it is an aircraft with black wings. The blue tinge above it is a result of the way satellites take images of fast moving aircraft. If you want an expert opinion ask one of the Google Earth Moderators who have been perusing these types of images for over four years.
