Well I think it tips the scale in fair use as you have actually purchased the video clips and not just downloading them, and you are pretty much promoting their videos and the artists song but they could possibly still get on your case for using it but it's very common on youtube now so I don't really know.

I use sony vegas 7 also, That image is actually a picture that also has my name in it, Its my youtube background.
