ok, soo this is my theory on the song.

first, the man is singing like he is just an everyday person, and he can do a ton of great things for the world. then, he is posed as the president, or some other powerfull world leader, and how he could ruin the world, just like he was throwing a switch, or pressing a button. rap is crap. not this though. this is a beuatiful song. it has a beuatiful meaning. oh, by the way, this is coming from a 10 year old.

More likely capitalism, as what the story of the guy that goes down that route is kinda the reverse of communism, and is completely right wing. It could stand for Corporation being that the world that guy lives in is so bureaucratically run its become a machine. Maybe I'm wrong but but I'm sure that it doesn't stand for communism, as it doesn't have any connections with it, the dove route is more likely to be communist than the C route. As it shows the people rising against the "Fat cats".
