The United States, and all Nato countrys, should be able to charge these countries for Services Rendered. Not just a small bill, but the Total cost of each nation for freeng you, or whatever they did. Libia is a good example. Since the Other nations around them did NOTHING, it took NATO to act....now heres our bill. If payed in Oil, that woud be awesome to every country. Cheap gas for a few years.
