heres how to spin plant foot (whichever youre comfy with) start turn left or right (again, whichever youre comfy with) lift up opposite (not planted leg as youre in the 360 degree motion) make sure the ball is superglued to your chest land on your opposite foot , the foot you didnt plant to begin with then bring down the foot you planted the reason for this is so that youre centered and not spinning and flailing like a tard.
