The ramp was actually removed because some guy went over the side, fell about 15 feet, stacked up hard, punctured his spleen and lost an eye. No shit. It's hard.

A bit of water on that timber and you'd very likely go sliding even at a very slow speed. Just like tree roots and rocks in the wet... ouch!
