I really wish I could watch this in America other than on youtube. I don't like America's. The girls are all so so skinny. The girls on here at least look healthy. This one just is more realistic to how girls are. I mean, yes they are 5'8 or 5'9 and weigh in the 120's but that is healthy for their height. Girls in ANTM are that tall and weigh like 100. I also love how creative their mail is. Always something different.

I think you mean "lactic acid". we all have lactic acid, but when we work out and sit down immediately without stretching/calming down, it builds up in our muscles and makes them tense and the next day they hurt pretty badly. but i agree that mikarla probably didn't pull any muscles, she was just saying that to make cassi feel bad.

Doctors, when faced with patients who won't accept no for an answer, are often forced to hand out slings/antibiotics/you name it because otherwise they might be sued for malpractice. I don't think Mikarla pulled any muscles, and I DEFINITELY don't think that Cassi "sprained her back."

@synchrostar98 spraining a muscle isn't too serious. it's the same thing as bruising a muscle. a bruise on your muscle isn't legitimate. pulling a muscle and the feel of lasic acid are VERY different. lasic acid goes away after 10 or 15 minutes of stopping physical activity. Pulling a muscle is when you're doing strenuous activity without stretching well, and your muscle is pulled. it doesn't go away for a while. most of the girls probably had them because they hadn't worked out in a long time.

Well technically the doctor can't tell you that you have no pain they can only try to diagnose the pain you tell them. And if she faked her back hurt the doctor can only assume that its a sprained muscle. It really could still be nothing which it probably was.

Last year it was the weak response to the bullying,& im hoping this year that if cassi does have anger issues that they are dealt with responsibly.
