@SaraConr a Mockingbird, really? I considered this myself, since it sang so many different songs--as if it were "copying" songs from other birds. I researched your hunch about the Mockingbird, and sure enough, the picture I found online looks just like the birds I see often around here. Cool--I have a Mockingbird in my tree!
Sounds like a mockingbird. They do sing at night sometimes.
