I agree with him that the executive powers especially during war time are too big, just read Former library of congress member Louis Fisher's "Restoring the rule of law" a hearing before the senate judiciary committee of how the war powers resolution is unnecessary because the president shouldn't even have that power and he goes through multiple presidency's to show how some were correct and others wrong . But Ron Paul solutions to this are terrible and smaller gov't will make things worse
