Do deer carry compound bows and shoot arrows at hunters? Can deer elucidate when they see/smell a hunter that the hunter is there to kill them, or do they continue grazing unawares of the meaning of a hunter nearby? How then killing a deer constitutes "a trophy"? It's no match for a human.
a 52 yard shot is very risky. good job getting the deer, but you got very lucky. A deer that could run miles was not hit very well and took a very long time to die. I bow hunt and will shoot out to a max of 35-40 in perfect conditions. It was windy here you can see when she draws back the bow, plus the deer were moving a lot too because they were nervous about the coyotes. I usually want to take the best shot with the best chance of a quick kill and easy recovery. Still nice deer though
Just wounded the absolute piss out of that buck...
couldnt stand to let it go so she shot out of her element and let the damn thing suffer for 30 or more minutes.
My brother has seen deer wounded from his stand, (in one case an arrow lodged just under a doe's spine.) where the shooter took a bad shot, and caused an animal to suffer.
Just try and make a clean kill out there people...
Somebody is wrong on the internet quick bring me me keyboard of truth to correct them.
All jokes aside.
Granded hunting as a sport has it's merits.
Personally I wouldn't kill a spider in my bedrooms ceiling (mainly because it eats all the other f-ing insects) but I have no real ethical objections to killing some animals for sport (and food because it's wastefull and stupid to throw away perfectly good meat).
Leotheloser what r u tlkn bout I hunted since I was 4 with a 22 or 410 and at thirteen I hunt bow and rifle with my licence by myself sooo I guess ur in a Yankee state
i dont support rifle hunting as a sport, its to easy to hunt any type of pray with an scoped rifle or a shot gun, but hunting with an arch or a crosbow its much more natural, fair, its you vs the animal and quite difficult to hit, at a long distance you have to analyze how far you are from the target, the weight of the arrow and the wind speed and direction, but im no criticizing the other hunters. nice vid!
@juansimonpiera Who cares if you use a gun or not, I do understand your point and I'm not trying to be rude.. But a rifle is a man made weapon just like a bow.
theres nothing hotter than a smokin hot chick hunting....and by the way, if yu dont like hunting...DONT LOOK UP FUCKING HUNTING VIDEOS AND RUIN IT FOR THE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WATCH THE VIDEOS WITHOUT BEING BOTHERED BY PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE FUCK THEYRE TALKING ABOUT!!!
That bow is extremely awesome looking... glad to see traditional learning being put to use.

There is a limit by law and respect on nature on how much hunters are allowed to hunt. Prey and/or be Prey, that is Life. (From an Nature Lover, not Fanatic)
dude just stfu, learn some facts before you go out pointing the finger at all hunters, if you knew some basic information, most places have twice as many deer that the environment can sustain, each year hunters take 5-15% of them, they will all die eventually by natural causes otherwise the who deer species would go extinct
@python471 If hunters do not hunt in the long run it would be detramental to the entire species buy controling the population you insure there is enough food for the rest of the species.
very nice buck and the confidence to take the shot at that distance - very impressive. Lots of practice is a sign of an ethical bow hunter. LOVE IT. I highly doubt it was a double lung though. Looks like it may have went a bit to far for that. It's almost that time in Michigan again, can't wait....
did that make you feel hard ?
