Everyone should write to the embassy and tell them they won't be visiting their country until these barbaric acts, which are indulged in only by those who are prehistoric and unevolved, are stopped. i kiil them if they become pests,however i would not exteminate a colony of ants or another bug if they had there own teritory.teritory should not even be taken from bugs.there is a deference between killing them to exterminate them and killing them because they are invading your teritory and DAMAGING it,like a shark or wolf,they will kill you if they are threatened by the way your moving(shark)or how you show agresion twards them(wolf)but you are able to swim with a shark or run with a wolf.

I just can't seem to understand why some people take pleasure in killing. There are some circumstances, as some has mentioned when it's life and death then it can't be helped. But if it's just for trivial things like bragging or sport, that's just plain stupid.

Humans are not supposed to be that savage. Even cavemen only kill what they need to eat.

@laidbacktionist I would say hunting is fine in many parts of the world and often needed due to over population. I'm talking about animals like deer, boars, varmit, etc, which are a nuisance to a lot of landowners. It is an enjoyable sport and deer meet is excellent. However hunting something like a lion is over the line. Some animals you just don't go after, and there's nothing worth bragging over after you've killed something so awsome. They need to be left alone.

We are merely part of life. We are predators and the dear are the prey. You always try to aim for the heart. It is a large taget, easy to hit (usually) and when hit, they die pretty quickly. Those hunters you described are ass holes and should not be allowed to carry a license. If you ever see that, report it to the wildlife authorities.

Not the hunters around where I live, espcially the kids. They shoot the deer in the legs so they suffer, I've heard so many storys of this crap, and so many people.

One has even threatened to skin my snake alive, I know that it wouldn't happen, but still. It bothers me that these are the people that will one day be "managing the populations" of animals. PETA is full of shit, I don't support them, I also DON'T eat meat. And people who can hunt like this, they aren't hunters at all.

Exactly, and most people i know to be involved in this cruel practice are US buisnessmen, They find it a sport to shot a lion in an enclosure sometimes less then 100 by 100 meter. I wanted to protest against this practice but found that just about everybody in the animal buisness is involved, from wildlife organisations to hotels to game reserves and even big organisations such as seagate are sponsoring a SA buisness i know to be involved in canned hunting.
