@TomRSM Actually, I have a computer with Win 7 and its got an Intel Core i5 Quad Core at 2.27 Ghz turbo boosting to 3.0 on each core, 4 Gb of DDR3 RAM at around 1066 Mhz, and an ATI Radeon 5470 HD with 1 Gb of VRAM and it has trouble with this game simply because I'm running a new version of windows and the game is poorly optimized for PC, as are most games from Rockstar. At least, that's my theory, can't think of anything better for a computer of that calibre to not run this game.
