Most comfortable carry method for large guys (ie. no waist) is a Galco Classic Lite shoulder holster.
If you must carry IWB, get a holster with 2 clips, to spread the pistol weight as far apart as you can. Be careful about gun weight here, because if you have no waist - the gun will pull your pants down slowly. Get a good belt - unlike the one he's wearing. Buy one of the
"The Wilderness" Nylon Instructor belts, with 5 stitch reinforcment.

Conceald carry can be difficult for us big guys. I am loving my crossbreed holster. Its so so comfortable.
