I love what you were playing..I want to learn some eastern style of music--I am from South Africa.

But just a correction: The scale notes you were playing were from the Eb blues scale [Eb,Gb,Ab,A,Bb,Db the formula is 1,b3,4,#4 or b5, 5,b7]...

The F# minor scale uses the notes of the Amajor scale ie, [F#,G#,A,B,C#,D,E the formula is 1,2,b3,4,5,b6,b7]..

I hope this helps..
