  • One year ago my wife started lifting weights and working on her heavybag I bought her for her birthday.She lifts and punches everyday.She's lost 30 pounds and is now 155 pounds and she is 5'6''.I'm not 100% sure but I'd put my money on her against these women,no doubt

  • Thanks for posting. Terrible fighters, but this is all about how many hard punches can be landed. Wish there was no headgear, and it just went for a while, like Japanese MMA.
