Heres all I can say after just recieving my M18x. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT BLOWS BIG TIME.

-put on hold forever until forgotton about(45min +)

-agent is clueless, can barely speak english

-can't do online chat support because when you do it says, Fuck you, you own an alienware, you have to call.

-to talk to someone who does have a clue, you have to pay for it, LOL, I find this shocking after spending a couple grand I have to spend more to get some help.

I bought my RAM 3 years ago (6x2GB at 1600MHz) for $600.

I could now buy 24GB (6x4GB) at 2000MHz for $300.
