On what legal basis, precedence or opinion did the judge determine the governor has executive privileged? Freedom of Information Act and the Public Records Act would make 'executive privilege' illegal. And even if it is legal... you don't want it to be. It's bad government, terrible transparency, it's prone towards governmental corruption and graft, and discourages the courts from maintaining checks and balances! I mean.... use your head judge!
