edit; i forgot hotlinking doesn't work here.

just mod the URL ending to "watch?v=cvShotHl1As"

    Hope it helps!

  • Looks like the parallel view and cross-eyed view are actually the wrong way around.

I've tried a Loreo parallel viewer which sort-of works if i select cross-eyed, but not very well... but doesn't work at all if I select parallel. And Green-Magenta glasses which work some of the time, but the 3d fades in and out. It's pretty hard to watch with all that camera movement.

  • @StopmoNick hehe that depends. I checked the cross eye is okay, maybe the codec is buggy with youtube at the moment.

This was my very first video, i actually expected to fail badly with it, but it worked out okay.. my next 3D video will be very well done :) The image stabilizer and tripod were broken. hahaha

  • @TerryH1984 I used the Celefain Glasses (if thats how i spell it)

  • @MsKyuubiNaruto cellophane glasses work here.

click on the 3D icon at the bottom right of youtube's taskbar and select Red-Blue / Green Magenta etc based on your cellophane glasses colour :)

Red is left, Blue is right Green is left, Magents is Right. etc..

  • OMG IM ON YOU TUBE!! im the creature at 00:24!! :D

  • @MsKyuubiNaruto Nice and comfy and warm :D

  • OMG I'M ON YOU TUBE!!! I'm the creature at 00:24!! :D

  • This is so not 3d even with 3d glasses on it doesnt work

  • @MsKyuubiNaruto

Which 3D glasses system are you using? You tube only supports certain 3D systems.

(If you are using hte Digital 3D Dolby version they require a special projector, won't work on your PC otherwise nVidia 3D would go out of business instantly.. haha)

  • @MsKyuubiNaruto

ps. You can select various 3D options from the dropdown screen too at the [3D] button at the bottom right corner :)

eg: using the cross eye method doesn't need 3D glasses

  • Nice 3D experiment.. A true amv not only tells a story and is put the music, but also expresses one's experiences with real life. It comes to show an amv does not always have to be about an anime. It can be very real. This is as real as it gets. TerryH1984. Nice piece. and thanks for bringing that. Once more! Bravo!

  • @TheSleepyOwl

    Thanks :) I need a short break from AMV's :) maybe i'l try making a 3D Amv, Haha.

  • @TerryH1984 You earned the rest it in my book for doing this videos for everyone A 3D Amv. That would be true art!. Please keep me posted on this one. Hmm..who knows what will come of it if you communicate with others on this plan. lol. 3D amv with an fan art and video colllaboration, I would love to see that in action and in 3D to celebrate all aspects of anime video, art, and more! The ultmiate 3D amv project. lol. Whatever comes of it. It will be as wonderful as the rest. :).

  • @TheSleepyOwl My 3D Amv is up :-) I can't believe i actually did it.. XD

  • x3 It's funny how I tried to watch it using cross-eyed methoed. x3 It didn't work. I'm such a slow learner! haha Try again! Awesome video as always, Terry!!

  • My glasses must suck the eff. o_O Cause whatever option I choose, they won't work DDD: But I got them from the cinemas DDD: ...or maybe it's my screen...you need a special screen for this, right? xD

  • @prettywinx06 ,ah, i wish we could too, but those glasses are different :) the projectors use special wavelengths for each eye..

For your computer monitor, you can use nVidia 3D / alpha interlace (similar quality as the Cinemas), or traditional Red/Blue glasses ($1 on ebay), prism glasses(up/down type) , or just cross your eyes (free)

    :-)

  • @TerryH1984 LOl, I think my sister has an old red/blue glass somewhere in her room...but the ones form the cinames look way cooler and they worked for avatar...well..in cinema that is xDDD They should work there if you get them there *cough* Hmm...maybe I'll try the cross-eye-thing later, if I don't findthat traditional glasses, although I've always sucked at those things. xD

  • @prettywinx06

The cinema glasses known as the "Real D" glasses don't work with home stuff yet until they release special 3D polarized stuff. Your monitor won't cut it.

  • @adventseph lol yes it says Real D on the package of my cinema-glasses. D8 Well then they should release that 3D polarized stuff soon. ;___; I don't even really get what that exactly means...3D polarized I mean...but as long as it works 8D xDD

  • haha I'm Maka at 7:03 xD That was so awesome in 3D :D

  • @Chocokips92 Thanks for the video opportunity! :) That was a cool cosplay!

  • @TerryH1984 Anytime~! and thank you xD It was my first, haha, I didn't know how to control my scythe very well.

  • hey i was there. you got a couple of my friends. (ODST and others) makes me wish i had 3D glasses to watch in 3D

  • @winnkey Oh don't worry, you can use Cross Eye 3D to watch it without glasses :) Instructions in the description :)

  • @TerryH1984 I do know that technique but i just went to where it said click here and turned the 3D off to watch it

  • ahh this makes me miss Anime Boston SO MUCH~

really cool job :D when I get glasses hopefully this will work even better :3

    thanks for this~

  • Aww, brilliant! Had to use the cross-eye method as I didn't have glasses (MUST get them!!)...always wanted to visit a fan convention, and thanks to this video I have!
